7-Day Return Policy

At Nexoora, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-Day Return Window for eligible products from the date of delivery or collection.

Customers may request a return within 7 days if the product is:

  • Incorrectly supplied
  • Defective upon arrival (DOA)
  • Significantly different from what was ordered
  • Unused and in original condition (for approved change-of-mind returns, where applicable)

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the product
  • The item must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repair attempts

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, drops, liquid damage, or negligence
  • Used accessories such as earphones, chargers, cables, screen protectors, and cases
  • Special-order or custom-request products
  • Clearance or final-sale items where clearly stated

Return Approval Process

All returns are subject to inspection before approval. Once approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • Exchange for the same or similar product
  • Store credit
  • Repair where applicable
  • Refund (only where deemed appropriate)

Refunds, where approved, may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
