Delivery Policy

At Nexoora, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) on business days will be processed and dispatched to the courier on the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and courier service coverage.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to remote locations, peak periods, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct delivery address and contact details are provided at checkout.

We will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.


Collection Policy

Customers may also choose to collect their orders from our collection point.

Collection Requirements

  • Collections are only available after full payment has been received and confirmed
  • Customers must wait for an official “Ready for Collection” confirmation from us before arriving for pickup
  • Orders will not be released without payment confirmation
